really increased my exercise which is good.
as in the past I initially put on weight. Why? I have no idea but it is frustrating.
relook at my food intake looks pretty good. maybe too much salt so I will look to decrease that

I have met my goals for today. supper cooking chicken thighs provencal with roasted sweet potato chips. used by vegginator (??) nice tool.
foods I do not include in my diet are cheese and milk. really do cause belly bloating for me. keep my milk intake low---still need small amount cream in my coffee.
no peanuts
no soy
no beans
absolute for success---meal planning

I have been able to stay at my goal weight of 154- 155 for about year. for some unknown reason I made the choice to choose all the wrong foods for about 3 weeks. party is over time to get real and start making good choices.
