I don't understand I followed my diet almost 100% I didn't have more than 1400 calories and somehow I GAINED 1/2 lb. It doesn't make sense to me. Hopefully it is just the scale flucuating and with my 45 min. - 3 mile exercise today tomorrow morning will look better!

Well let's see how I'm doing today
Breakfast:
Swiss Cake Rolls (3) - 350 cal
Dt. Pepsi - 0 cal
I didn't have much time, stopped at the gas station and made a BAD choice I know!
Snack:
-
Oops! Forgot to grab something at home this morning!
Lunch:
12" Ham Wheat Sub - Subway
Lettuce
Tomatoes
Black Olives
Honey Mustard - 680 cal (Way more cal. than I expected!)
Dt. Coke - 0 Cal
Better keep it to a 6" with no chips next time - YIKES! Thought I was making a good choice. Well I have already eaten 1030 calories today. Guess I better go home and have a lean cuisine and an apple for dinner.

Well I did pretty well yesterday stuck to my diet, with a few exceptions. One Brach's carmel in the afternoon then for dinner I order pasta with chicken and shrimp, but ordered the petite size. It was the perfect amount, I didn't feel stuffed afterwards. I did give in to temptation though and have a small chocolate cupcake (90 cal, 4.5g fat). But it was sure GOOD! No time for exercise today. I'll try for tomorrow!

Well I didn't get a chance or didn't make time I guess to work out last night, but I stuck to the diet (except I had frozen pizza for dinner). Anyway I lost another 1/2 lb. Let's see how I do today. We are going out to eat to celebrate my Grandpa's birthday tonight, but I'm gonna try to make a healthy choice for my meal.
