Here I am again. I lost 17 pounds, then hit that famous plateau. It just would not drop below 187. I watched it stay for months and decided what the heck, I don't want that skin to my knees anyway. Well, I have decided to try and drop the next 10 pounds and see if I can jump start it again. So I had some M&Ms, a Hershey bar, and small pack of Skittles that I needed to get rid of - So I ate them. No more sweets for me again. I had the Hershey bar since Christmas, M&Ms and Skittles were from Easter. So I know I can resist the chocolate if I want to and that's not the first time I held on to a candy bar for a while. I did start my low carbs today and I will continue for another 2 weeks to see if I can move the numbers downward. My highest weight ever was 214, even at 5'10" that gave me a belly and fat around the face. I can tell a difference and I want to see more of my bones than fat so here I go again.
I really like some of the meals you guys are putting on the site. Maybe those meals will help me get it off.
