Well unfortunately I overspent (over ate) on my daily 700 calorie "budget" as I like to call it by 34 calories yesterday. I hope to do better today. I'm hoping to keep it under 600 calories today.

time to prep lunch.....so TOUGH. The live-in boyfriend no longer cares about his appearance and has turned into an obsessed playstation fanatic and refuses to diet. So here goes two totally different meals again.

I forgot to weight in the other day but recorded it in my journal and I HAVE dropped a little more.
I've reached my 160# goal.
YAY, time to set a new one and meet it.
Wow this is harder to do at 37 than it was at 29. Whats with that ZERO on the end that intensifies the difficulty. Oh well,time to show the age clock who's boss. I want to be fit when I turn 38 in January.
