Oh wow. I had no idea how many calories were in my starbucks drink. It put me over my calorie count by 5%.... Yay for extra treadmill time tomorrow!

I've started making apple and banana chips in the oven...I figured out that when I really want something crunchy to snack on, these are a really healthy alternative to chips. I've also tried to give up sodas, but I get headaches from not having the caffeine, so I'm trying to gradually stop drinking them. I think today will be my last day to have a full coke.
