Yesterday I was busy taking my daughter to a first day at Grade 1, and I ran a few errands.
While I was out and about I didn't have my mid-morning snack. I was tempted to get a sami on the go, I resisted with success. When I eventually go home i only had time to have my almonds before I had to fetch my daughter from school.
By the time i got back home i was supper hungry so I had my lunch grapefruit juice. I was still hungry so I went for my dinner:double cream yoghurt with maple syrup (heavenly!!),boiled egg and tussers cheese slices. I didn't have my green tea though I left that for dinner. Yes i had green tea for dinner. I made slow cooked lamb neck which was devine (I tasted it a little). I only had it for lunch today. Yay I stuck to my meal plan - it was not easy since I ws home.
Today I had my lamb and steamed green beans, it was as delicious as it looked- so worth the wait. I will hav it again for lunch tomorrow - it was that good.

Today was a good day, I ate almost what I had planned yesterday. I was quite pleased with myself. I just had more oats than I had yesterday. I had 1/2 and not 1/4. Note that this is uncooked oats so once cooked it more than a cup....not that it matters to me, i just thought I would mention it. It would seem that it worked because I breakfast at 6:15am this morning and had my 7 almonds at 11:00am.
Come to thing of it, it does matter whether you measure the oats before or after it is cooked. I think in future I will measure it after cooking. 1/2 cup cooked oats. To be honest the 1/2 uncooked becomes about 1and 1/2 cups once cooked.
Other than that, I'm happy with my eating plan.
My exercise plan needs some work.
864 kcal day!!!! I dont think I can get it any lower. 868 planned for tomorrow.

I had a good weekend BUT I can't say the same for the for my eating plan. Wait a minute it didn't go the dogs completely.
My calorie intake was 1406kcal and 1173kcal for saturday and sunday respectively. Because of this I could not bring myself to weight in today. I will see later this week. I want to have a good week so I dont need anything to spoil it.
Today (1089Kcal) was no different to the weekend as I had grilled fish too this morning the is over and above the oats I had....what was I thinking. I console my self with the fact that i'm still having less than my RDI of 1600 kcal.
Tomorrow should be a better day, it has to be. I have planned my meal for tomorrow and it looking good at 749kcal. I have to make up for the weekend, right?
I entered a challenge on Fatsecret starting to day. the requirements are:
Lose 35 lbs (15.8 kg) in 10 weeks
Healthy, small meals; hydrate often. Less carbs, less sugars, more fiber. 20 min walks 2/3 days a week.
duration:10 weeks
day 1: Monday 15 Jan 18
I dicthed the red apple has too much carbs and sugar, I had a lot less mixed veges (about 2/3 of a cup) than I had packed for lunch.
As per the requirement of the challenge, I started gym today, I did 30 mins walking 10mins more that recommended - that's a good thing. Maybe it will help me get to the goal sooner.
