solo mission
I feel alone also, so fatsecret really helps me to stay on track. My husband is disabled and I have taken care of him all this time and now is the time to get myself healthy.Thanks to all the support here, I can.

List your benefits of weight lost
This is what I want when I get to goal.
Size 10 or 12
Med Blouse size.
To wear a bathing suit and not cover up.
Buy the clothes I like,not what I have to because of my size.
To feel good.
to be healthy.
Off of meds.
Get compliments.
