Looking for buddies!!!
Hey you all can add me for a buddy.The more the merrier.lol.I've been here awhile now but everyone needs someone to vent on instead of eating
I did lose alot of weight so far but this site don't show it.I've been with WW for 7 months now and lost 54pounds so it does work.You just need to stay faithful to yourself and to the program.I switch back and forth from flex to core and the more I like the core I still switch to flex for when I have outtings and picnics,so thereforth I try to plan ahead.As far as the scale goes ..."that's a monster" to drop down.
as you see I stick it out.Good luck with your lifestyle change it's all for the best.

weight watchers e tools
I use the e-tools and like them.I keep on track online and with the core plan the food list is always there to help me keep on the program.I also like the stories some of them even help keep me motivated.I try to get the best out of the money being spent on a good cause.I AM WORTH IT.Always keep that in your mind as well "You Are Worth It".
