It's becoming slightly more difficult to stick to my ultra-restrictive diet with the demands of business lunches, after-work happy hours with my boyfriend, coffee with old friends and the like. I've been relatively good, save for the occasional indulgence such as tonight but we shall see. I also indulged this last Friday night (when I say indulge, I mean I stuck to my shake for breakfast and shake for lunch but ate probably more than 400 to 600 calories for dinner - all in all, I probably got 1,200 calories in the day, i.e. indulgence for me) but I LOST weight. I wonder if, perhaps, shaking things up a bit influences weight-loss. I don't know.
My boyfriend really pressured me to go to happy hour with him today, which bummed me out. He's been so good, so supportive, so drill instructor-like but tonight, he needed a drink and who was I to resist? I was so stern in insisting that I had to work out before I could go anywhere ... but then I remembered I would HAVE to take a shower afterwards and with my long hair, we would have surely missed happy hour... and so on and so forth.
In any case, it's
gym
for me for the next four days straight. I might Cleanse tomorrow just to
feel
back on track. I'm feeling and looking good regardless. My size 8 Banana Republic pants are now obviously loose and that's great.
