I have been maintaining for several months now which is not good. I still need to lose another 50-70 pounds to reach a healthy BMI. Simple logic is that I am taking in too many calories and not expending enough in return. We are moving next month and after that, I plan to get something for aerobic exercise. I need something low impact like a recumbant bike. I also need to focus on night time snacking and either stop altogether or replace with healthier alternatives. I have lost nearly 90 pounds to date, and can feel the difference. I can only imagine how much better I will feel when I lose the remaining weight.

Been sick in the bed since Sunday. Saw the doctor yesterday and I have strep throat. Feel miserable and only able to tolerate soft foods like ice cream and noodles. Not good for the diet. Started on antibiotics last night, so should be feeling bettet soon. Also I start a new job July 1st. I am both excited and nervous. It will be a work from home sales position. I will need to focus on mindful eating so I don't gain weight with being sick and starting a new job...stress eating. I need to get my motivation back so I can lose this last 50 pounds.
