Today for the first time in like 2 or 3 weeks since beginning this journey I have weighed myself!!! I was nervous and scared and totally didnt want to do it, but I knew if I was going to show myself what I needed to do to change or if my changes were working I needed to do it. So i just went and did it! ANNND... I'm down 6 POUNDS! I know it isnt an awful lot but I'm extremely proud. I'm making progress and I'm happy. I thank fat secret and the community. Fat secret for showing me exactly how much I was consuming and helping me be mindful of everything. And the community for being a shining example of what is possible and of amazing willpower!! thank you

Yummy but healthy dinner:
vegetables which I sauted or lightly fried in sesame oil and then drizzled with gochujang and topped with a bit of kimchi.

A PitFall
yesterday I was bad.
I not only way overdid my caloric intake -- by eating a bunch of snacks that made me feel not only more hungry but bloated-- but also ate some things that were not good fits with my nutritional habits and requirements, I started doing a mainly vegetables, vegetarian diet because of stomach and digestive problems I've had with other foods but yesterday I had all types of wheat and some type of vegan meat product that left my stomach in knots and I know that it wasn't either alone that has me feeling so bummy today/last night too but the combination of the gluten, the vegan meat product, the horrible snack minis of chocolate and a nice round shake! I didnt start off eating properly so I kept feeling hungry and filled my belly with things that weren't good for me and worse left me feeling empty yet bloated!!! Yesterday gave me horrible reactions and because of that I'm paying for it-- my stomach feels so bloated and in knots I havent eaten at all today. Which considering I overdid it yesterday makes sense, so I've decided to cleanse my system by doing a water fast. I'm going to drink lemon water and a few other detox waters for the next week and see how that returns my system!! hopefully i'll feel better, more refreshed and energized!!
