I love spaghetti and chili but they aren't great diet foods. I am learning to cook new ways to get the flavors I love without all the calories. This is lean grass fed beef, fire roasted tomatoes, basil and oregano. No pasta, I just eat the thick sauce.

Doing Intermittent Fasting. Skipped breakfast, ate good lunch at 2 pm and planning dinner by 6 to keep all my food in 4 hr window today 👍
