I've gained 2 pounds this week. I've been doing a lot of stress eating. I think I can get back to my regular routine after this weekend. I have learned what tends to add the pounds the worst. So potato chips will be off the menu.

I want to lose weight because I remember how good I felt at that weight. I was stronger and enjoyed hikes and walks with my dogs. I have also developed high blood pressure so need to lose weight to get that down.
