I have learned my lesson this week. The one piece of cake I had on Saturday cost me 4 days of hard work to get my body back into keto. I am proud of myself though for not giving up. I planned on my piece of birthday cake and after I had it I went right back to eating the appropriate foods I am allowed. I have spent a lot of time this week working on my exercise routine and am getting the hang of the balance ball. The first night I worked on the Stability ball I was laughing so hard at myself, and I was just very glad no one could see me as I fell off more than once :)

So so so sleepy this morning... Had insomnia last night and flipped around in my bed until it was pointless to lay there anymore. The weekend was good. The October Birthday Bash was good. I managed to skip the mashed potatoes, buttered noodles, stuffing, and pasta salad and the family style dinner although I did indulge and have two pieces of chicken and a piece of cake, and all the veggies that were being passed around. Family style chicken dinner is not the easiest thing to eat out *smiles* Yesterday I picked right back up on my diet though. Starting back at the beginning but I expected that to happen and I planned well. Hopefully rest will come this evening :)

Here I am, another day and hopefully another pound *smiles* I sometimes am still amazed at how well I am feeling and how this has changed my life. It's only been a little over three weeks now and I could only wish I would have started this years ago. I have settled on getting the Elliptical Machine today since it may be less dangerous with the children around. I am thinking about doing my own "circuit" training at home heck I have enough pieces now lol. Maybe I could set them all up in a circle and work my way around them. I just need to find a home made way of doing some strength training like making my own weights.

Well I am feeling better today. It must have been the fact that I skipped my vitamins and calcium a day or two ago. I am thinking about getting another piece of exercise equipment for our home. We currently have a stationary Bike and a Bilateral Balance Stepper. I am debating between an Elliptical machine and a Gazelle (yeah I know Tony Little blah blah I heard all the jokes today at work lol) But anyways those are the two I am thinking of. I considered a treadmill which I would have liked to have had but my mother likes to use the equipment too and she has Gout in her foot and an ankle problem which already prevents her from going walking with me so I don't think she would be able to use the Treadmill as much either. If anyone owns these fitness pieces would you care to share your thoughts with me, I would love some input. Thanks.
