Here I am another day on my road to a new swim suit. I have passed a few major hurdles the past few days. I managed to purchase my childrens favorite cookies and didn't even snag one little bite. Not even a crumb for that matter. The same night they also had pizza, I will admit to eating the pepperoni of my son's slice of pizza but I don't believe that was off limits. My weight is coming off good, I am glad of that. I am having to push my self a little more right now when it comes to eating my calories have been way down but I feel I am getting to much fat for the amount of calories I am eating. I will be trying to increase my calories the next few days with more lean meats and veggies. I have cut out dressings so that should help reduce my fat load and weight it out with my calories. I also will be trying to cut back on cheese. I seem to have it at every meal although I find cheese a good way to replace my dairy. Hmmm will have to do a little more research on that. Well that's it for now. I know my journal entries always ramble on but that's just me.. *smiles*

Still Feeling good. Although I think I may need to further increase how much exercise I am doing. I am exercising every day for atleast 30 minutes but I could do more and with as much weight as I need to lose I need to do more. I must say that I feel as though I have better control of my carbs this week. I have really been cutting back though on lots of items like coffee and dressings. I just felt I was using too many of my daily carbs on such items when I should have been getting a few more veggies in. I have also found that I need to stay away from the soda completely. I had a glass or two of Caffeine free diet soda and although it was free of carbs and caffeine I believe that it may have slowed me down some this week. I am wondering if any one has suggestions for an upcoming birthday issue I am having. I will be going out in October for the October Birthdays (my 2 daughters and I all in one week) We are having one birthday dinner for us all with cake which is what I requested. How have people handled this? Do you think having carbs for one day would be disastrous?
