Ouch I have a huge blister on the back of my ankle from walking last night. I think my feet were swollen from being in heels for work so when I slipped my walking shoes on they did not feel as comfortable and I walked a long walk last night and now I have a nasty blister on the back of one ankle.... :( Oh well I still feel great that I went walking again. I enjoy walking at night it gives me time to stop and think and prepare mentally for the next day. I think my diet is still going very well. I am working hard at keeping my total carbs below 20. I am still trying to figure out how I can make the "pee stick" change to a nicer shade of purple. I keep thinking I must still be eating too many carbs since it's only a very light purple. If someone comes across this post and has any suggestions on to how to read those sticks I would love to hear other stories... I know not the best topic to be thinking about this morning but I am rather curious on if certain things will effect the outcome of the keto test.

Hard habits are hard to break but I am going to be working on them. My mother and I are both going to be dieting now and I am hoping the team approach will help us both. My mother and I discussed the importance of switching to regular cheese and butter instead of butter spray etc. Although I am curious as to how to incorporate this all into family eating. Because my mother and I will be eating a bit differently than my children, I need to research how to keep their diet healthy with their carbs and our new buying habit. IF that makes any sense lol... Having a hard time writing what is in my thoughts today. Well I still feel great and am on day eight. I also find that I am beginning to eat less and most certainly am feeling a lot less hungry and don't find myself roaming the kitchen for things to eat anymore.
