I’ve been entertaining family and friends for over a month. I’ve been eating waaaaaay too much and hurt my back, so I haven’t worked out. I love summer, but back to back guests is too much after the scary ordeal with our daughter. I don’t like my weight right now, so back to work for me! I’m determined to get my bod back in shape. Happy Thursday! 🩷☀️

I went crazy last night!! I woke up this morning and thought to myself…. Did you really do that?
So, my hubby and I are on a little stay cation. We splurged and ordered room service dessert last night after a delicious dinner. We had the best key lime cheesecake we have ever had. (Two huge slices of pure lime heaven, huge meaning: it was triple a normal size serving.
Needless to say, this is my confession to the group: I technically ate 5 slices of rich, sugar overloaded, BEST EVER, dream dessert. Polluted my poor body who has loved me my whole life. The thrill is over, I have a key lime hangover and it’s not nice.
Sorry body, I vow this morning, in front of all my friends here, that I will feed you clean healthy food. I will hydrate you and exercise you as soon as I take a morning nap.

Back to healthy eating and exercise. My bone density test showed that I have osteopenia. I am determined to change the course that I was on and it is beginning to show. I am very grateful. Have a good night FS friends. 😘🩷😘
