Just made it back from the track for the second time today. I made it 7 laps and ran some of 4 or 5 of them. I made it for a total of 3 miles today and I feel fabulous. I am gonna weigh in in the morning to see how its working for me. Wish me luck!!

Made it to the track already today. Around 11AM I went and walked 5 laps. I normally walk and run but it was already almost 90 degrees out. Have made a commitment to go back this evening however and get in a few more laps. I bought pants today that are 2 sizes smaller then I started in. They are stretchy if that matters but I am still happy. The matching shirt is one size to one and a half sizes smaller and I still have room to move in it although it is stretchy also. I am just so motivated here lately, minus the few oreos I snuck yesterday I am doing amazing in my opinion. Hope everyone elses week is smashing.

Been doing a phase 1 today minus one piece of cheese. I am gonna hit the track in about 4 hours when the sun is off of it. I am so excited. Havent had a loss in a few days but gonna hit that track 4 days in a row and lose a few more pounds. Hoping for another 5lbs off in the next 23 days, that is when we fly to texas to visit the fiancees family. I have met them all before. His mother and I are very close and she is always saying how happy she is for me. So I am very excited to show them my progress. I am all giddy like a school girl. We will be hitting six flags over texas a few days after we get there and I am really looking forward to a few rides I havent been on in quite awhile. Thank you all for the continued support. It means the world with this type of lifestyle change. Have a smashing day all.

I did it. I hit the 30lb loss mark. Well its 31lbs actually. I am so excited. This track thing is moving me right along. I have walked/ran it 4 days this week and plan on keeping it up. Hope everyones day is smashing.
