how do you know if your relapsing?
haha sorry i know this isnt really the place for this but um-
how do you know if youre accidently falling back into old habits? or i guess you could say old issues? i dont know how to word things to where other people understand so im sorry if im confusing you-
but basically i was anorexic and then stoped then repeated and stopped and well now my mom is pissed at me because i started eating again and i cant go past 120lbs and i went 123lbs so i have to be at 110 my lowest was 103.5lbs but im not allowed to eat much and when i do its not often and its prolly just a meal or 2
im starting to get the effects of the mindset and physical of being anorexic but i dont mean to and i do what to eat and get better and when im at my bfs ill eat
is it bad for me to want to eat? or that i went past my weight limit?
anyways thx for reading if u stuck around that long lol
