i agree. i think a personal chef is a huge difference. but most people cant afford that. i have a good job and i can barley afford to eat healthy. no wonder americas fat. you can get a meal at a fast food resteraunt for 5 dollars, but you cant hardly by groceries and pay your bills.

Calling all sugar addicts!
oh honey me too!! its like my meal isnt over until ive had a sweet. its my biggest downfall . im going cold turkey in the am too, (with the rare occasional treat too) i noticed completely on accident when i kept my protein levels up my sweet cravings were noticably lower. good luck!! you fing anything that works let me know!!
