I have come to this forum to get motivated to lose the weight once and for all. Last year I lost 40lbs on the Body for Life program. I went to the gym every day until I tore the ligaments in my knee in the beginning of this year. I am finally able to get back to lighter workouts and hopefully get back to my target weight. Good luck to everyone.... I hope I can inspire as you inspire me! Thxs to my biggest motivators Jamie Eason (who has my goal dream body) and Tosca Reno of the Eat-Clean diet which I would never have lost the first 40lbs without their inspiring articles in Oxygen magazine.
I saw others with mini-goals in their bios I liked this idea. So, I have added my own mini-goals.
