i have been @ 230 all week and then on weigh in wednesday i am 227.8 all of a sudden, go figure. it is getting harder to project weight loss, but the diet is working. i feel healthy, my clothes fit better, just need to stick with it and add more exercise.

weighing in gaining a pound the past couple days. Hard to tell if it's warranted from the numbers, plus if you add them up i should have lost more at this point 20lbs to 18lbs, for a while my weight was well ahead of the expected loss now it has caught up and passed me. i'm not too upset though. i should be in the 220's by the end of this week which is another milestone to be happy about.

11/12, my phones been acting up lately so i decided to go to the website and start backing up my app-info. about a month and half in so far, down 20lbs, just trying to keep it going. it's nice haveing a record to look back on keeps me motivated and chalenged.

ahh, the elusive 230, i hit it yesterday morning but weighed myself before bed and i was 234 so i waited a day to see if it was legit or not. i think i can challenge myself to consume less, and exercise more. that might mean 15 minutes on the treadmill, though's calories will add up over a week. and previously in october i was consuming around 2000 calories a day, this month i want to stay around 1800. this is my new plan of action, just trimming as many calories as i can during the week, playing the numbers game, this is just a game. looking into buying a new digital scale, might do that tonight. 20 lbs so far lost during this diet!
