Tracking my food and exercisig with a vengeance. A little old woman told me that I "have alot of weight on me" on Sunday. That, together with the mirror images have me on a roll...to lose these rolls. I have got to get this weight off and I am committed.

the week has been bad. It was christmas, i broke up with my boyfriend and just have not committed to the program.
