I'm doing OK with working out. Not quite as often as I'd like, but decent. The food is going OK too; I just wish I could see some real results.
My exercise goals are to play tennis twice a week, to run twice a week, and to do weights twice a week. (The running and the weights will most likely be on the same days.)
I think I'm going to have cut my portions WAY back. And the beer :-)
My weight fluctuates about 5 pounds. A day or two ago, I was registering at 159, but it's not there. I just can't bear to record a weight until I'm under 160 consistently. Damn it, I'm fat.

Day 1 was way too high in the carbs, but I don't really know the real details on the lamb chili I had for dinner. I'm not great at keeping close track of that stuff. It's all an approximation, but I find it amusing that my calories were in check today.
WORKOUT
25 minutes strength training
30 minutes treadmill (5 minutes walk and 25 minutes of run 3, walk 2) for a total of 2.23 miles
Not a fantastic workout, but I've certainly had worse.
