I am struggling to get my walking in. We have joined a gym that will be good for all 3 of us (husband self and a very sedentary autistic adult son...BTW, HE likes it. yea!) I am walking at home early (5:30) for minimum of 3 miles, but struggle with consistancy.

I find that a Vicki Yohe CD will equal 45 minutes which equals appr 2.5 miles. I walked 3.5 mi today. Hope to do that 3 times weekly, at least.
