Had a loss this morning, hope it sticks. It feels like it should, changing up my exercise routine I think has helped. I have been trying to run in the mornings before work at least twice, but try for three times a week, and swim once a week, on top of 4 regular gym days. Either doing two workouts in a day or filling in my "non-gym" days. Hope everyone else is having a good week!!

Waiting to weigh in TOM coming soon, so weigh ins are always wacky this time of the month. I feel like i've been doing well though. I've been trying to run in the morning. Though yesterday I forgot to set my alarm and woke up too late, better though since I went to bed pretty late to be getting up at 5 15 to run. Did today though, and hopefully tomorrow. I was hoping to get to the gym tonight, but now its like 6 15 and I'm still waiting to finish something up here at work so gym may have to wait if I want to have any time at home before bed tonight. This new project I'm working on has got me working long hours! Eating is going really well though, I've been really good about keeping track of points, and been really good this week about making healthy choices!
