Kalau kalian nggak alergi dengan kacang / peanut butter, kalian bisa cobain potongan apel (atau buah lain, I prefer apples) dengan peanut butter diatasnya buat breakfast. Carbo and good fat rich, low calorie. Proteinnya bisa dikejar ketika lunch :)
