I am so proud of myself I made it through the weekend on this diet I am back and ready to loose my weight hopefully by the new year I will have lost 20 pounds at least:) hopefully by my bday i will have made my goal, and can just eat and maintain:) welcome back lady:):)

I actully ran almost a mile yesterday for the first time in so long it felt really good,:) i am so glad I am back to being motivated:)
Been doing awesome on my water Monday drank 96 oz
Tuesday drank 84 oz wednesday 52 oz and today already at 52 oz and its not even noon yet:)

Two days down and feeling good so far and know I want to stick to it this time, watched my team at work eat brownies yesterday and my daugher had dessert yesterday and had chips my down fall and I didnt want any, I am going to start walking soon and hopefully running, I really need to get motivated to exercise but I guess one step at a time:)
Love Atkins again, but really starting before holidays I seem to do that alot LOL

I know I keep telling myself I am going back on a diet, well after yesterday and not feeling good from eating so poorly I am going to stick with it, I have to do this, I was down to 34 more pounds and now back up to like 44 really, I have been working by booty off to get smaller and I am wasting my time, we are going to florida in January and I dont want to have to worry the whole time I am there bout what I eat,
I will have to find some kind of punishment for myself if I cheat any suggestions
