I'm a teacher in Kentucky, loving life, and loving running. I started Atkins (at 153lb) in Aug of 2012 and by December I was down to 123 N ow at 127 my weight goal is to stay between 120 and 125. My fitness goal is to run a 1/2 marathon in May!
