3 Dayy Water Fast
You gain it back very fast. Because of a medical issue I had years ago I was unable to eat and was eating only by IV and lost 56 pounds in 9mo But now I am the biggest I have ever been because it really made my body panic and store any and all foods I ate the first few years after it.

Constipation during Induction... ugh!!
Thats how I feel MDEP what every works best for you. I have a friend on Weight Watchers. I tried it for 3 days and really did not like it. Not that it is wrong or bad I just did not like it for me.
