Any Tips on Eating Out?
Stay away from anything "creamy" - dressings, sauces etc. The garden salads are almost always the only salad with the least calories & you can always ask for more plain veggies. I've found that after a while of eating "plain" you get used to it and don't miss the sauces. Keep away from the bread/rolls that are served before the meal, ask for them not to be brought to your table at all if that's your weakness.
