I'm a 25 year old female. I work full-time, and often see my family, so I feel as if I hardly have any time to take care of myself. I also have two medium-size dogs that live in my little apartment with me. Of course they need care and attention as well and they don't care if I get fat lol.
When I graduated college (less than 10 years ago), I weighed about 140 lbs, so I've really let myself go. Honestly I can pinpoint it all down to new stressors in my life, less time, and ongoing anxiety/depression symptoms.
I think it's finally time to lose weight. I really hope I can keep it up and not let my anxiety/depression knock me down!
EDIT: I have decided on a new way of thinking that I've had from the beginning but fully realized after my first week. I want to BE HEALTHY. Losing weight is not my main focus, it's just a positive (and much appreciated) side-effect to BEING HEALTHY.
