Halo semua, mau curhat, sekitar 1,5 tahun lalu aku udh berhasil nurunin 10 kg, karna aku awalnya emg overweight. bersyukur bgt tapi bentuk badan pas ngaca belum sesuai keinginanku... setelah idul adha tahun kemarin berat badanku naik (aku pikirnya mau maintenance padahal). setelah aku inget2 ternyata pas duluuuu awal2 diet aku sering hampir tiap hari makan di bawah bmr karna 0 ilmu(Hamdallah sekarang sudah engga). Minggu ini aku start buat lose weight ke berat dan bentuk yang aku ingin. Apa ada saran lebih baik aku surplus dlu lalu defkal lagi(di atas bmr)? jujur aku takut kalau aku surplus malah ga kekontrol secara emosional nya dan malah naik terus. Ada yang pernah ?
