I drank 96 oz of water and Propel today. Feeling pretty good about that. Didn't get to work out today, I had to help my cousin pack up my Aunt's house. There were lots of trips up and down the stairs so that helped! I have Yoga in the morning!

Yesterday was my son's birthday. We went for pizza! :( So I was way off my calories. Not really worried about it, I think I will use that as my free day. Which I don't so often. Feeling good about my weight loss this week. I weigh myself almost every day but Monday is the day that counts!
