Alrighty, week 3 is in the bags and i have consistantly managed to control my eating. There are still a few things I need to work on but the fact that I am writing down all I eat and drink really makes things easier for me. I know it has only been 3 weeks and 11 lbs but I can fit into my size 40s again which is almost down to the size 38's... Gotta keep going because when I started this diet I decided this is a way of life not a trend... Heres to us fat people in the world... Soon to be the skinny people, but just my luck as soon as I lose my weight the cool thing will be to be fat... LOL

Today is weigh in day #2, I dont feel like I have lost anything but I have been staying in my caloric intake zone so I will leave the rest up to my metabolism. My work out routine has been slowly growing as the need for a positive result or would it be a negative result I am looking for, anywho I am anxious to step on the scale and see if last week was a fluke or maybe I will be able to look in the mirror and say hey fatty, your on to something..lol.. Have a happy monday peeps.. By the way I hate easter because of Peeps...

Friday!!!!! Alright, I have been good all week long and now I just have to make it until Monday. Yesterday I was craving a Bacon Burger so I bought 90-10 Lean Beef and 2 Thin slices of bacon and bar b qued them both. My whole dinner was right around 700 calories topping me off at about 1800 calories yesterday. It is so funny how picky you can be when your watching what you eat. I was upset about my meal yesterday but 3 weeks ago a snack would be a Double Cheese burger and a Mc Chicken probably right around 1000 calories. Not to mention a few alcholic beverages and the other 3 bad meals i would eat. I was looking at the average caloric intake i used to have and it was nearly 5-6000 on a average day. I am sure I have had worse ones... YIKES...

Good Morning Friends,
So I hit this weekend a little harder then I initially wanted to but when I weighed in on Monday it seems the hard work I did put in really showed. 4.2 poounds I dropped! To me that is a huge success because I have never been on a disciplined diet. Even though my diet only consist of calorie counting I have been eating much better, probably because when I go to eat I am looking at what is in it rather the what toppings are on top....lol... Any ways yesterday was a walk in the park and only time will tell how bowling is tonight... One thing I can honestly say is the hardest part so far was the first few days, now it actually seems like its becoming habit to watch what I eat rather then over eat...
