semenjak puasa makan 40an jam kemarin. jadi yg agak males makan. menuhin BMR aja masih yg setengah bingung mau makan apa lagi. huhuhu

yay...ternyata bisa juga toh nyampe penghujung kepala 7. wkwk. selama hampir 3 bulan baru turun BB 6kg. sering stuck/kadang naik. tapi kalo di rata2 masih dapet per minggu setengah kilo. masih on target. hihihi.
yok badan, semangat buat geserin jarum timbangan ke kiri lagi. biar pecah rekor diet yg lampau. wkwkwk

hari pertama diet low carb (demi kontrol gula darah). ampun susah bgt seimbanginnya. pengen naikin proteinnya, lemaknya ikut naik. lagi beli suplemen, ga sampe2. huhu. masih kudu nambahin serat pula.

karena angka timbangan turun cuma sedikit dalam waktu 2,5 bulan diet , jadinya lebih suka ngaca daripada nimbang. seneng liat perut sendiri karena otot perut atas keliatan bentuknya biarpun dikit. jadi pengen bisa pamer foto perut telanjang kayak cowok2 deh, tp ga bisa. wkwk
