Drinking a smoothie for breakfast every day that I make myself. I seem to be doing okay so far. In fact, its been easier than I expected. I really need to make this work as I just keep getting heavier and heavier and more and more unhealthy. Sometimes you just have to hit rock bottom before you can get the right attitude. I think that has happened and I know I can do this, as I've done it before.

I really weighed 273 last week, so I've alrady lost some and I've been back to fatsecret this last week, so I have to remind myself I'm doing good, even though my grid line is headed upwards right now, it will be headed down next weigh-in.

Well, it's slowly coming off, which is great. I feel better already. I've been taking the dog for a walk every day it hasn't been raining. Not a big walk, cause she's fat, too, but a little exercise nonetheless.

This number shocked me this morning. I can't believe I weigh this much or that I've actually gained weight. I assumed I weighed the same since I hadn't been trying to lose, but I never thought I had gained. This is crazy. But it just renews my resolve to get the weight off and get healthier. Today is a new day.
