I am a 44 year old that has battled my weight since I was 7 years old. I have just lost around 100 lbs on a liquid diet through my doctor, but when I went back on food I have gained 60 pounds back and feeling very disqusted. I want to find a way to take this weight off and KEEP IT OFF! I am a creature of habit and my biggest habit is to eat.
