I really happy, even though I havnt lost loads I can see a difference in my body and I've been toning alot too so hopefuly some weigh is muscle. Either way I'm working my butt off so I can get into the 120's and I'm almost there. The weekends are often my downfall but no plans this weekend so I'm hoping to make it keep working.
Veganism is going well. I am starting to struggle with dinner ideas as I'm trying to keep low carbs and low fat too but its amazing what I can do with veggies now. Aiming to hit the gym three times a week consistantly too. :)

I actually felt super human at the gym today. I ran and ran and ran like a crazy person and wasnt that tired. I did weights like a demon and squatted like my life depended on it. I had gone on an empty stomach but i had taken my vitamins in the morning so maybe that all helped and also maybe the carbs i had for dinner yesterday. Either way I'm feeling alot better than i have in a while. Away this weekend visiting friends so no gym and going to put my low calorie eating to the test :) I have faith in myself though. Night y'all xx

Had a killer gym work out and paid attnetion to the weights which i think sculpt me. I feel so good- i really can see my goal weigh and body in sight. I will continue to work out and eat well and I know I'll be there before I know it.
I have also aded some vitamins to my diet as I do feel like the vegan diet may have left me lacking in some things or perhaps my body was adjusting. Either way my mood is far better than it had been :) kisses

So officially lost a stone which is a big deal :) I'm really stoked on this. I have another 2 stone I want to lose- well about 22 lbs. I have joined a new gym today after a week and half off and im raring to go !! I'm going to start doing weigh and resistance training too.

Not lost anything this week but I'm not surprised why. I have not beed bad but not been strict either. Had a big week of family stuff ending with a bbq yesterday. Stuck to all of my rules apart from low carbs. This month my family goes vegan and only eat once a day. Its somthing we do every year to make us apprecaite the things we get in excess all year round. Also no alcohol. I'm going to make this month mine and really work on all these things I've been putting off.
