Good evening, everyone!!! I'm just sticking up my calorie counting and, although, I took a week off from exercising, I stretched one or two days to keep from tightening up. It has been working so far. Thanks for your support. It means a lot. I've had one lull in spirit and it didn't last long at all. I just kept thinking, I've got to listen to my body. And stay focused.
