The last 2 days have been great, food and training wise. Another 2 days at the gym doing my usual 1hr 45min session. At first it really sucked. Was tough and hard on the body. Now i think ive overcome the pain of actually doing something physical ;) I get in there, get the job done and feel alot better afterwards. I was planning on only hitting the gym 2-3 days a week. Lately its been daily thanx to the pressure of me best mate Thomas.

Food wise i have been sticking to the first phase of the fat smash diet. More i read up on the diet, the more im starting to accept the changes that are needed. Ive found that the method of drinking ½ a litre of water as soon as i wake up has cut down my breakfast hunger bigtime. Im up at 7am and tbh, not really hungry before 10-11am.

Living on fruit and veges, as well as the allowed 1 cup of brown rice, 1 cup og skim milk, 1 cup of oatmeal and one cup of yoghurt. Amazing what one can create when you combine a few of those cups ;)
