Last year, I lost nearly 40 pounds. I stupidly gained it all back with poor choices and bad diet, and I’m lacking motivation. I’m 190 right now, and my goal for now is 150. I don’t care about being super lean or anything, I just want to feel a bit healthier. I just can’t find the motivation to keep going. Any tips or motivation any of you can offer me?

welp. Around this time last year I decided to use this app to lose some weight. By the end of July I was down around 32 pounds. I decided I reached my goal and I stopped watching what I ate. Since then I knew I was declining, and now I’m up 8 pounds since last February. I have grown a few inches since then but I won’t chock it up to that. Tennis season is back on, and I’m gonna start weight training and meal prepping. My goal is by the end of September be at 140. No slow metabolism for me. Perhaps once I get there I’ll start to build on muscle. Who knows. Weigh in on Saturdays, 2000~ cals a day. Time to start.
