Mau minta saran dong...
Target protein saya perharinya 60 - 65 g. Kira-kira makanan buat cukupin itu apa aja yah ?
Maklum saya mahasiswa, jd gak bisa sering2 makan daging hhe. Terus saya sempet denger, kalo cewe gak boleh kebanyakan makan tahu. Jd bingung juga. Mungkin ada saran ?
