Sesuai anjuran dokter coz cek darah kolesterol 211, cara diet sehat sbb:
1. jam 06.00 makan pagi (4 sdm nasi putih, sayur, ikan/ayam/tempe/tahu
2. jam 09.00 snack buah
3. jam 12.00 makan siang menu sama dwngan makan pagi
4. jam 15.00 snack buah
5. jam 18.00 makan malam menu sama dengan siang
6. olahraga minimal jalan 30 menit setiap hari
semoga target bisa goal.. Aamiin 60 vs 45..caiyo
