Batas protein maksimal berapa gram ya ? Untuk yang aktif berolah raga. Baca google beda2 soalnya, ada yang bilang maksimal 2,2g x bb, ada yang bilang sampai 3 x bb. Takut ada efek jangka panjang euy 😱😱😱
