I’ve been eating too much for quite awhile.
I’m no longer being treated with Chemotherapy for Colon Cancer.😊
Primary Dr advised that I cut out added sugar, that was in May 2023. IDK why I didn’t follow his advice.
I’ve been taking chewable vitamins every day for a long time.
Last night I looked at the labels to find that over 50% of the RDI of Sugar was in those delicious vitamins.
I’m not going to take them anymore!
Plans:
Exercise for 30 minutes or more 3x per week
Drink 8 or more glasses of water
Reduce Salt consumption
Choose Whole Grain and avoid White Rice, Noodles, Bread, Tortillas.
Joined the American Cancer Society April 2023
to walk 100 Miles. I’ll monitor my Garmin Tracker all of April (and beyond)

I’m glad that I’m starting to lose a little weight. I barely eat now because of the Chemo side effects. I had my last Chemo Treatment last Tuesday through Thursday. Hope to feel normal soon!
