Really trying to figure out a way to lose weight consistently. Its hard work both day and a grave job with most time only 3 hours of sleep within a 24 hour period my body is so out of whack, but I perserve and don't give up. Disheartened yes, give up never.
My ultimate goal is to get to 185-200, quite a ways to go. This is also motivating me to find a employment situation where I can get some sort of normalcy so that it will not only help me lose weight but improve my opverall health.
