Spent most of the day at the Cancer Clinic with my son...accidentally bought a water and a Pepsi...not realizing it wasn't diet took a sip. Just about got sick....holy smokes was that sweet..wow and to think I used to enjoy them. Must be a good thing when a diet pepsi (occasionally) is a treat. Thinking of turning my 35 reps into sets..curious to see what the results will be. Weighing in on Saturday and measuring too. Overall feeling great...wish I would have made this change years ago instead of waiting until this past June..but I am doing it now and that is all that matters.

Reps are now up to 35....can really see a difference in the "flab" that use to hang from the arms. Put on a pair of jeans that I bought years ago...they fit tight then.....they are looooooose now!! So happy. Still feeling wonderful, eating healthy and loving life. Going to do a weigh in on Saturday or Sunday.

Got back from Vacation...didn't gain any weight...followed diet reasonably well. Was able to continue exercise routine. Today scale said 208...measured hips and arms...more inches gone!! Yay..trying to shoot for 2 miles each day and reps are up to 28. Also continuing with the Turbo Jam. Life is good :)

Incorporated weights on 9/3/10, 8# into exercise for upper body, mainly that icky flab under the arms....just measured tonight, have lost an inch off of the arms. Have worked up to reps of 20. Next week I will bump it up to 25. Still walking 1-2 miles a day....eating very healthy. Measured hips and have lost nearly 4 inches. Hit another plateau...hoping to start dropping the weight again soon. I think I will do a weigh in Wednesday or Thursday.
