Semenjak diet nya bener (re: mikirin jumlah + jenis makanannya ) secara otomatis udah ga pernah yang namanya nyentuh :
- gula (karena ak bisa dpt gula dari buah/ nasi)
- minyak (masak pake minyak menurut ak nambahin kalori, kalo bisa masak tanpa minyak knp nggak
- saos2an (kalorinya aduhai)
- sambel kacang terutama pecel (walopun isiannya sayur, sambel kacangnya ininih yg tinggi kalori)
- gorengan (ga sebanyak dulu yg kadang makan gorengan ampe 5-10 bijih)
- soft drink / teh kemasan / soda (dulu setiap hari harus ada ini, tapi skrg seminggu sekali aja kadang engga, itupun ga diabisin 1 botol)
- coklat (soalnua dsni gada yg jual dark chocolate)
- kueh kering/ makanan manis lainnya.
Semuanya kejadian secara otomatis aja, ga pernah direncanain. Inilah yg namanya lifestyle. Tanp paksaan. Wehehhehe semanagat gaezzzz
