Cycle 1 Day 2: I can do it! I just have to prepare my own food... I miss my mom who used to take care of cooking meals and preparing my lunch box for work. Well thanks to her I lost a lot of weight. Pulling my socks up and shooting down my excuses, here I am, the Lord give me strength to do this. All odds have been trying to come against me, but I shall persevere!

Back on Cycle 1... Today is day 1! I did experience major weight loss and shocked everyone, but the goal is to be healthy and so on toward health... the best part is i hardly put on weight while being of the 17 day diet completely... I highly recommend it to anyone! I went from obese to overweight in terms of BMI in a a span of 2-3 months... I turned 30 this August and I plan to be ideal and maintain by the age of 35... Well I want to look my best and show people the 30s can be awesome!

So I haven't been a good girl. But I am back... It is a brand new start... I haven't put on weight and the compliments haven't stopped pouring in. However, I need to get lighter on my feet. The goal isn't to lose weight anymore. The goal is to be a better dancer and healthier. Losing weight and looking prettier are just perks ;) I thank God for all that I have achieved and I submit the next one month's goal to Him. I am goign to do this despite all odds. No more excuses! TO health and happiness! Oh and a lighter me with more energy!

Just a day or two of cutting down on bad carbs, sugars and processed foods has made me lighter on my feet. I achieved better movement and flexibility at dance class yesterday. All I had was a pre-workout snack - carrots, cucumbers and bell peppers. Also, somehow I was less sore this morning! I do not know why I go back to bad eating! Anyone with such experiences?
On the whole, I feel so happy. Although I have lost quite an amount of weight, I will only stop when I am close to my ideal. I will work really hard now so I can party more later. Everyone says I look more than a decade younger i.e., 19-20 years old (pssst I will be 30 in a few months).
I got promoted to the Basic Elementary level from the Beginner's level at my dance class (in exactly one year, considering that I had a bad back, isn't that super?). They say it is three levels higher. After two months of Basic Elementary, I can say I am not dying anymore. I am so close to achieving a full split that I shock myself!
